1. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

Our logistics team operates from Monday through Friday.

  • Processing Window:

    Please allow 10-20 business days for order processing, production, quality inspection, and preparation prior to shipment.

    Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, seasonal demand, or when additional customer confirmation is required.


  • Shipment: Once processing is complete, your package is typically dispatched on the following business day.

 

  • Handcrafted Pieces: As many of our products are personalized and handcrafted to order, production may require 2-5 weeks depending on design complexity, order volume, and customer customization requirements.

2. Transit Durations & Tracking

Once shipped, delivery generally takes 7-20 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

  • Monitoring Your Delivery: As soon as your tracking details are updated, you will be notified. We encourage you to monitor the progress of your shipment for the most current delivery status.

Due to high order volume and handcrafted production requirements, some orders may experience extended fulfillment timelines. Customers will receive tracking updates via email once orders are dispatched.

*Personalized Orders
Many of our products are custom-made based on customer-provided personalization details.Production will begin only after all required customization information has been received.
Orders awaiting personalization confirmation may experience additional processing delays.

3. Geographic Reach

Currently, Belove Jewellery provides specialized shipping services exclusively to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia

4. Recipient Data & Delivery Accuracy

To prevent avoidable delays, we kindly request that you verify all shipping information at checkout.

  • Address Integrity: Incomplete or inaccurate data may require our team to contact you for clarification, which will postpone dispatch.
  • Final Delivery: Depending on your specific region, your parcel will be delivered by your local postal authority or a partner courier. If you are unavailable at the time of arrival, a notice card will typically be left with instructions for local collection or redelivery.

5. Customs & External Factors

While we provide estimated arrival dates, please note that belovejewel.com cannot guarantee a specific delivery day due to factors beyond our direct control:

  • Statutory Clearance: International shipments may be subject to local customs inspections. Your local customs office may require additional documentation or time to clear the package, which can extend the delivery window.
  • Unforeseen Variables: Actual delivery dates may be influenced by flight schedules, severe weather conditions, or other global logistical disruptions.
