Returns & Reimbursements
At Belove Jewellery, your satisfaction is the hallmark of our service. We strive to ensure every piece meets our rigorous quality standards. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a transparent and structured process for returns and refunds.
1. Order Revocation & Cancellations
We accommodate full cancellations and 100% refunds provided the request is received before the item has entered the production phase or has been dispatched.

Please Note: Once an order has transitioned to the shipping stage, we are unable to process a cancellation. In such cases, the standard return procedure must be followed upon receipt.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 14-business-day return window, effective from the date your package is delivered. To qualify for a successful return, please ensure the following:

Pristine Condition: The jewellery must be unworn, unaltered, and in the exact condition in which it was received.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned within their original Belove Jewellery presentation boxes and protective packaging.

Verification: A valid digital invoice or order number is required to initiate the process.

Authorized Return Center: For security and quality control, all returns must be directed to our dedicated US facility. Please do not send your items back to the original manufacturer.

4. Shipping Liabilities

Elective Returns: If a return is initiated due to a change of preference (buyer's remorse), the customer assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as fees vary by provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is necessitated by a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Belove Jewellery will assume all logistical costs to rectify the situation.
5. Assessment & Refund Timelines
Upon arrival at our California facility, your return will undergo a quality inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or decline of your reimbursement.

Processing Window: A credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method. This typically reflects in your account within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
